Reflexallen acquires key operations of ERICH JAEGER

Reflexallen announces the successful completion of the acquisition of the core business activities of ERICH JAEGER, marking a significant milestone in the Group's growth strategy and opening a new chapter in its industrial development.

The acquisition officially became effective on June 19, 2026, bringing together two companies with a shared commitment to engineering excellence, technological innovation and long-term customer value.

Founded nearly a century ago, ERICH JAEGER has established itself as one of the world's leading manufacturers of electrical connector systems and intelligent connectivity solutions for towing vehicles and trailers.

The acquisition significantly strengthens Reflexallen's capabilities in electrical connectivity and energy transfer technologies, expanding its product portfolio, technological know-how, global customer relationships and international manufacturing presence. At the same time, it reinforces the Group's ability to support the ongoing transformation of the automotive and commercial vehicle industries.
